Terms & Condition for Tour Booking with Skyline Treks & Expedition (P.) Ltd.

The booking terms and conditions contains thorough information that you need to know, so we encourage you to read them very carefully before contracting with Skyline Treks

The following booking terms and conditions apply to all trips organizers with Skyline Treks

1. Good health and physical fitness is required for all trips so we advise you to check your physical condition before you book the trip.

2. Travelers / trekkers must have Travel insurance that covers accidents, emergency evacuation in the case of you need to be rescued.

3. We require 20% of the total amount for the trip, 30 days prior your departure date of the trip, if you like to travel in the joint group then the rest of the payment you will make upon your arrival day in Nepal. For the private trekking, tour and any trip departure listed in this website, have to confirm booking at least 2 days before departure date, the payment, you can make once you arrive in Nepal.

4.If you cancel your booking after you have paid or deposited for booking, the following percentage will be charged for cancellation.

If you cancel the trip 30 days before the trip departure date– 0% (Deposit non-refundable).

If you cancel the trip 30 -10 Days before the trip departure date- 45%

If you cancel the trip 09 -02 Days before the trip departure – 75%

If you cancel the trip 01 Day before the trip departure or on the same day of the departure or after the trip departure- no refund

(Note: But you may extend your trip without cancellation and charge till one year but we need to be informed through mail at least 2 weeks before the trip departure)

5. If we cancel your trip, your deposit and any other payments made will all be refunded. However, if our cancellation is due to civil war, political unrest or from any other unpredictable circumstances, the reasonable expenses we have already paid for the process will be deducted from your refund amount.

6. The prices of trips are based on airfares, exchange rates of present time. We reserve the right to increase our prices in the case of significant changes in airfare, government regulations and tax.

7. The trekking/tour/expedition leader or local staffs who represent Skyline Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd has given authority on our trips. If you commit any illegal act in the trips or if in the opinion of them, your behavior is unfavorable to the safety and welfare of the group. You may be asked to leave the trip without any right to refund.

8. If you have complaints about the trip, you can tell to operator/leader/guide at the earliest opportunity then he will take the appropriate action US$ (Dollar) Account.
