Tibet Cho-Oyu Expedition (8201m)

Mt. Cho-Oyu Cho Oyu climbing expedition from Tibet. At 8,201 meters, Cho Oyu is the sixth highest mountain in the world. Our Expedition will approach from the Tingri County in Tibet to climb the north side route on this Himalayan giant, considered to be one of the more accessible of the world's fourteen 8,000 meter mountains.

Outline Itinerary
Day 01:
Arrival Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel.
Day 02-03:
Kathmandu for official formalities and other preparation.
Day 04:
Drive to Zangmu. (2350m). Overnight in hotel.
Day 05:
Drive to Nyalam. (3750m). Overnight in hotel.
Day 06:
Nyalam, acclimatization day.
Day 07:
Drive to Tingri (4342m). Overnight in hotel.
Day 09-11:
Tingri, acclimatization day.
Day 09:
Drive to Chinese Base Camp (5000m) Camping
Day 10-12:
Stay at the Base Camp.
Day 13:
To the Advanced Base Camp (5200m).
Day 14:
Advanced Base Camp.
Day 15-39:
Climbing Period Mt. Cho Oyu.
Day 40:
Back to Advanced Base Camp.
Day 41:
Return to Base Camp.
Day 42:
Cleaning up Base Camp.
Day 43:
Drive to Zangmu. Overnight in hotel.
Day 44:
Drive to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel.
Day 45-46:
Free day in Kathmandu for shopping.
Day 47:
Final Departure to your Country.

Trip cost includes
  1. Airport pick up and drop off by our private vehicle.
  2. 3 night’s hotel in Kathmandu with bed & breakfast
  3. Professional Expedition Cook, Kitchen boy, at Base Camp - Advance Base Camp.
  4. Hotel in Tibet en-route to Base Camp.
  5. Chinese Base Camp - Advance Base Camp 1 tent for 1 person
  6. Dining tent, Table and Chairs, toilet tent, Mess tent, Kitchen tent, and expedition crew tent.
  7. Yak from Base Camp to Advance Base Camp (can carry max. 40 kilos of personal equipment).
  8. All land transport in Nepal and in Tibet.
  9. Climbing Permit.
  10. Tibet Visa & Travel Permit.

  5. Nepal re-entry visa fee.
  6. Personal travels, medical and rescue insurance.
  7. Personal climbing equipment. (rope, snow bars and ice screws).
  8. High altitude food & fuel above Advanced Base Camp.
  9. Bar bills, Gas, Climbing Oxygen & regulator.
  10. Land slides charges in Nepal side.
  11. Extra night hotel in Kathmandu.
  12. Garbage Deposit US$ 500.00
  13. Medicine/First Aid for Expedition.

Note:

If the expedition will be finished earlier than the estimated itinerary or cancelled the expedition due to any reason, the expedition package cost will not be refundable.Incase if some of the member are fallen sick during the expedition period and return to Kathmandu personally, they should accept all of the travel expenses to Kathmandu by them self.
Member are allowed to carry only up to 40KG climbing gears and food along with them and the which includes in the package cost, but if the members climbing gears are more than 40 kg. than they should pay extra US$ 200.00 for per yak.
