following provisions have been made for

1. 20% deposit
required for booking
2. Final payment to be paid upon your arrival
day in Kathmandu.
3. Cancellations must be made at least 2
and half weeks prior to start date of trip.
4. 10% deposit is not refundable for cancellations.
5. Group leaders travel free for groups
of 9 or more (Flights and Government fees
not included).
6. Payment excepted by cash, credit card,
bank draft, or bank account wire.
